Trusted Partner
About us
Our business is built on a simple principle: successful commodity transactions require more than an introduction. They require credible counterparties, clear product specifications, realistic commercial terms, appropriate documentation and effective communication between all parties.
Ndavara Metals & Minerals supports producers and suppliers seeking access to qualified international markets, while assisting buyers looking for reliable and properly documented mineral supply opportunities across Africa. We take the time to understand each party’s requirements, including commodity type, product form, grade, origin, available quantity, destination, delivery terms, inspection arrangements and preferred payment structure.
Before progressing an opportunity, we seek to establish whether the proposed transaction has a reasonable commercial and operational basis. Depending on the commodity, origin and transaction structure, this may include reviewing company information, seller authority, product specifications, assay reports, mining or trading licences, export permissions, logistics arrangements and other supporting documentation.
We also encourage prospective buyers to provide clear purchasing requirements and demonstrate their commercial readiness before sensitive supplier information is disclosed. This approach helps protect legitimate producers and buyers while reducing unnecessary broker chains, document circulation, misunderstandings and delays.
Our core commodity focus includes:
Copper
We support opportunities involving copper cathodes, copper concentrates and other relevant copper products, subject to seller verification, product specifications, assay results, availability and buyer requirements.
Gold
Our gold activities are approached with particular care due to the enhanced compliance, responsible-sourcing and traceability requirements associated with precious-metal transactions. We focus on opportunities supported by credible documentation relating to legal origin, ownership, licensing, export authority, assay and refinery acceptance.
Chrome and Manganese
Southern Africa plays an important role in the international supply of chrome and manganese. BTK Minerals works to identify opportunities involving producers, processors and authorised stockholders seeking access to traders, ferroalloy producers and industrial buyers in global markets.
Our services may include:
Identifying and assessing mineral supply opportunities
Connecting screened suppliers with qualified buyers
Coordinating commercial discussions between counterparties
Supporting the exchange and review of product specifications
Facilitating assay, inspection and verification arrangements
Assisting with transaction documentation and communication
Supporting logistics and delivery coordination
Helping counterparties align on pricing, payment and contractual terms
Promoting responsible-sourcing and counterparty due-diligence practices
Ndavara Metals & Minerals does not assume that every opportunity is suitable for every buyer. Each transaction must be assessed according to the product, origin, volume, documentation, logistics, pricing structure, compliance requirements and commercial expectations of the parties involved.
We aim to work with counterparties who value transparency, professionalism and long-term business relationships. Our objective is not simply to facilitate isolated introductions, but to help create dependable commercial connections between credible African mineral suppliers and established international buyers.
Confidentiality is also central to our approach. Commodity transactions often involve commercially sensitive information, including supplier identities, buyer requirements, assay reports, pricing discussions, logistics arrangements and contractual procedures. We seek to manage this information responsibly and share it only where necessary to assess or progress a legitimate opportunity.
Ndavara Metals & Minerals recognises the legal, environmental, social and governance risks that can arise within mineral supply chains. We therefore support risk-based due diligence and seek to avoid transactions associated with illegal mining, fraudulent documentation, sanctions violations, corruption, money laundering, human-rights abuses or the deliberate misrepresentation of product origin.
Through disciplined screening, clear communication and responsible transaction coordination, Ndavara Metals & Minerals aims to create credible pathways between Africa’s mineral resources and global markets.
Our mission is to support transparent, responsible and mutually beneficial commodity trade while building long-term relationships with producers, suppliers, traders, refiners, smelters and industrial consumers.
